What are the requirements?

- 3+ years of experience in Change Management, or equivalent experience in communications, training, organizational development, project delivery or business transformation.
- Prosci certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, readiness, communications, training and adoption.
- Strong facilitation, planning, organizational and follow-through skills.
- Ability to prepare leadership-ready updates and translate complex information into practical actions.
- Experience working across functions, regions, cultures and global time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Candidates based in Barcelona are strongly preferred.

- Prepare leadership-ready updates and communicate progress effectively.
- Support teams throughout the implementation process and ensure the transition towards sustained adoption.
- Work collaboratively with international teams across different cultures and time zones.
