We are building an ambitious, international project with an incredible team, and we are looking for a talented Sales Closer to join us and play a key role in our growth.

The RoleAs a Sales Closer at ORTHOCEO, you will be responsible for managing the final stages of the sales process, converting qualified leads into enrolled participants in our educational programs.

You will interact with doctors and healthcare professionals from across Europe, understand their professional goals, identify their needs, and help them determine which ORTHOCEO program is the right fit for them.

This is not a traditional transactional sales role. It is about building trust, communicating value, and helping professionals make meaningful decisions about their education and career development.

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure an outstanding experience throughout the entire enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct sales calls and online meetings with qualified leads interested in ORTHOCEO programs.
- Understand potential students' needs,



motivations, and professional objectives.
- Present our educational programs, mentorship opportunities, and value proposition effectively.
- Convert qualified prospects into enrolled students, achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM activities.
- Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals across Europe.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently, providing clear and compelling answers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion and sales processes.
- Ensure a premium, professional, and personalized experience for every prospective student.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategy and processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, closing, business development, or a similar commercial role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. English will be the primary working language.
- Strong ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and communicate value.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.




- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Confidence conducting sales conversations with professionals and decision-makers.
- A proactive, ambitious, and positive attitude.

Experience in high-ticket sales, education, healthcare, or professional training will be considered a strong advantage. What We Offer
