OverviewAs Digital Tools Governance & Portfolio Management Lead, you will oversee a global portfolio of digital tools to enable business transformation and governance.

You'll bridge business needs with digital solutions, driving compliance, risk management, and performance visibility.

You will partner with business leaders, digital teams, and analytics and cybersecurity experts to translate needs into actionable requirements and improvement opportunities.

This role offers impact through shaping tool readiness, standards, and cross?functional collaboration within a large, global program.

ResponsabilidadesManage and optimize a global portfolio of digital tools with governance, compliance, and performance metrics

Drive governance, cybersecurity, and risk management across business and tech teams

Act as a Business Analyst to gather, structure, and translate needs into requirements and use cases

Analyze processes and user journeys to identify simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization opportunities

Support prioritization and business-case development for digital initiatives

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights from data

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align priorities and define solutions





Support digital transformation and enterprise integration initiatives, including testing, readiness, and adoption

Contribute to global ERP and business transformation programs ensuring tool readiness and deployment

Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field

3+ years in business analysis, project management, digital transformation, governance, portfolio management, or process improvement

Strong ability to analyze processes, capture and structure requirements, identify gaps, and translate needs into solutions

Proven project management, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills in general, cross-functional environments

Proven ability to analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, and translate insights into recommendations

Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discussions

Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with process mapping, requirements management, user stories, use cases, or business-case development is an advantage

Experience supporting governance, compliance, digital transformation, ERP, or large-scale initiatives is a plus stakeholder management communication facilitation
