PhoneLess is an app that helps people spend less time on their phones and more time on what matters to them. Yes, we’re hiring someone to make videos for phones. We think that’s the best way to reach the people who need us.

The role

We’re looking for the face of PhoneLess: a creator who knows TikTok and Reels inside out, spots trends early and makes short videos people want to watch and share. You’ll make videos about screen time, doomscrolling, habits and digital wellbeing. These are topics almost everyone can relate to, and we want to talk about them in a way that feels honest and real.

What you’ll do

- Follow trends and turn them into PhoneLess videos quickly
- Come up with ideas and strong hooks
- Appear on camera, film, edit and publish
- Batch your content so we can post consistently
- Look at the results, understand what went viral and why, and use that in the next videos

What we’re looking for





- You keep up with trends, sounds and formats, and you know what’s working right now
- You understand hooks, pacing, cuts and retention, and you can explain why a video performed well
- You feel natural on camera and your personality comes through
- You post regularly and have videos you can show us
- You speak English fluently
- You’re based in Barcelona, or you’re happy to work remotely
- You’re happy to create 15 short videos a month

Not required: a big following. We care more about your videos and your instincts than your follower count.
