Medtronic seeks a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support Hugo robotic-assisted surgery systems and DS1 analytics across EMEA. You will act as a technical liaison to clinicians, SUS and FSEs, delivering remote guidance, troubleshooting, and escalation where necessary.

The role requires strong communications, robotics experience, and the ability to work across time zones. A remote, international position with potential onsite training is offered.
