OverviewIn this role you will lead end-to-end direct procurement across assigned categories while driving digital modernization of Source-to-Pay processes.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service on tenders, negotiations, and contracts, and act as the digital champion for AI, analytics, and automation.

You will build spend visibility, dashboards and predictive insights to inform strategic decisions.

You will re-engineer S2P workflows to boost agility and governance, while managing key supplier relationships for value and performance.

ResponsabilidadesEnd-to-end direct procurement category management

Support public tenders, market intelligence, supplier negotiations, and contracts with cross-functional teams

Spearhead digital transformation through AI, analytics, and process automation in procurement

Drive spend visibility, KPI dashboards, and predictive spend intelligence





Lead redesign of Source-to-Pay processes for streamlined, governance-aligned workflows

Manage supplier relationships and performance for key categories to optimize value and service levels

Requisitos principalesUniversity degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field

Multinational and complex process experience in regulated environments

5+ years in direct/commercial procurement with supplier negotiations and contracts

Proficiency in BI/spend analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and ERP systems (SAP)

Experience with process re-engineering, workflow automation and AI-driven optimization

Deep knowledge of S2P end-to-end cycles, controls, and spend management frameworks

Business-level English and Spanish (written and spoken)
