Position:

We are looking for a Business / Technical Analyst to join an international telecommunications project. This role requires a combination of business analysis, telecom domain expertise, and technical knowledge to support the design, documentation, and delivery of network and automation-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Define project scope and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and vendors.
- Analyze telecom network environments, including access networks, routing protocols, peering, and network architectures.
- Design and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, and related deliverables.
- Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to telecom transformation and network automation initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

- Proven experience in Requirements Gathering and Scope Definition.
- Strong knowledge of Networking, particularly:
- Access Networks
- Routing Protocols




- Hands-on experience with Itential IAP.
- Experience working within Telecommunications environments.
- Solid understanding of OSS/BSS platforms and processes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong background in Process and Workflow Design/Documentation.
- Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, Huawei, Fortinet, or similar networking technologies.
- Knowledge of VMware and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Project and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with NSO, YANG, and Python.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
- Exposure to AI-driven tools, automation platforms, and intelligent workflow solutions.
