Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Brand, Product, Data, and Legal to ensure data quality, privacy, and aligned priorities

Requisitos principales4+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams with delivery of business-critical products or platforms

Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Growth, tracking and attribution, paid marketing, or SEO platforms; or related data-intensive systems for marketing

Strong people leadership and ability to coach and mentor engineers

Strong technical judgment and systems thinking, with experience guiding architectural decisions

Ability to partner with Product, Marketing, and Data to identify opportunities and drive measurable outcomes

Proven execution focus, turning goals into realistic plans and managing dependencies

Clear communication, empathetic leadership, and ability to align stakeholders around decisions leadership and people development communication and empathy collaboration across disciplines
