ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting activities, supporting various divisions and groups within Hexagon to deliver on the company's sustainability strategy. You will play a crucial role in helping our organization measure, report, and improve our sustainability performance.

The role involves managing processes for quarterly and yearly sustainability performance reporting, leading cross-functional projects related to ESG reporting and external disclosures (such as CDP, CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, Sustainability Report, etc.), and ensuring the availability and utilization of appropriate ESG internal guidance and tools.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to our environmental and social impacts. This includes but is not limited to carbon emissions, waste management, water usage, employee indicators, social initiatives, energy consumption and community engagement.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and implement sustainability initiatives and projects.
- Lead cross functional projects of ESG reporting and external disclosure (CDP, CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, Sustainability Report, etc.)
- Ensure appropriate ESG internal guidance and tools are available and used.
- Manage the quarterly and yearly sustainability performance reporting processes, including the external assurance process.
- Monitor and implement emerging ESG reporting frameworks, best practices and incorporate them into our reporting processes as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

- Ideally a Technical, Finance or Business degree with an affinity for numbers.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with a track record in dealing with data reporting, including general and cross-functional data management.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting using relevant data analytic tools such as Excel, SAP, OneStream, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
