Vibrez is a social entertainment platform built around passion, for adults. Our digital universe connects members, creators and communities through spaces to discover, take part and share. We're a lean international tech team with integral ambitions, and we're bringing online connection and real-world experiences together.

THE ROLE

You'll be our first dedicated Events hire. You'll build Vibrez's live event programme from the ground up and own every event end to end: spotting the opportunity, shaping the concept, planning, production, running it on the night and learning from it afterwards. Where the product is ready, you'll connect what happens in the room with what happens in the app.

We're starting with Vibrez-owned events, from smaller niche gatherings and pop-ups to activations around existing events and larger experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build a rolling quarterly and annual events pipeline, and recommend priorities with clear costs, benefits and resource needs.
- Turn approved objectives into event briefs: audience, format, guest journey, timeline, budget, owners, risks and success measures.
- Source and negotiate venues and suppliers, and keep costs, forecasts and final reconciliation under control.
- Align Marketing, Content, Partnerships, Product, Tech, Community, Finance and Operations around one delivery plan.
- Run the guest experience, from invitations, registration and check-in to hospitality and VIP. Work with Product and Tech on any in-app journey, with a solid fallback.
- Own the run of show onsite: setup, rehearsals, suppliers and breakdown. Plan for weather, tech issues and the unexpected, with qualified partners for permits, insurance, safety, security and accessibility.
- Report on attendance, guest feedback, budget and engagement,



and turn every event into a better process for the next one.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Proven end-to-end ownership of live events: budgets, supplier negotiation, production, onsite operations and close-out.
- The judgement to propose and prioritise a programme, not just deliver one.
- Strong organisation, clear communication across teams, commercial sense, and calm decisions under pressure.
- Comfort building practical processes in a fast-moving, early-stage company.
- Strong working English. Our team is international and we document decisions in English.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE..

- Background in music, entertainment, culture, sport, gaming, tech, hospitality or experiential brand work.
- Experience with digitally supported guest journeys and community engagement.
- Spanish, knowledge of Ibiza and a reliable local supplier network.

YOUR FIRST 90-DAYS

- Days 1–30: Get to know the company, the product and live opportunities. Present a prioritised pipeline, supplier map, budget framework and planning templates.
- Days 31–60: Develop approved events into costed plans with owners, milestones, guest journeys and contingencies.
- Days 61–90: Lead delivery where the calendar allows, and set up a repeatable review and close-out process.

- Based in Ibiza, employed in-house through our Spanish entity.
- Reporting to Management.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Some international travel and evening/weekend event work.
