OverviewIn this role you will own the global Free Cash Flow forecasting across 21+ markets, transforming complex P&L; and balance sheet dynamics into reliable cash forecasts.

You will partner with C-level leaders on capital allocation and drive working capital initiatives to safeguard liquidity and enable expansion.

As a functional manager and mentor, you'll scale a driver-based forecasting engine and align cross-functional teams around unified FCF standards.

ResponsabilidadesOwn the general multi-entity FCF forecasting and rolling plan framework end-to-end across 21+ markets

Master FP&A; tools (Anaplan, OneStream) and ERPs (SAP, MS Dynamics) to feed FCF model with Actuals and planning inputs

Manage and mentor the FCF Sr.

Analyst, ensuring high analytical standards and coverage during forecasting cycles

Drive liquidity optimization initiatives with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and local ops

Coordinate with local Finance teams to capture inputs and standardize driver-based templates across entities





Serve as primary finance counterpart to Delivery Hero Group on FCF, liquidity, and cash projections for consolidation

Communicate FCF risks and scenarios to C-level executives and challenge assumptions

Design robust simulation models to stress-test FCF impact of major decisions

Requisitos principales8+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A;, or Strategic Finance with focus on cash flow planning

Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets with integrated 3-statement models

Strong understanding of balance sheet mechanics and working capital drivers (DSO, DPO, inventory)

Proficiency in FP&A; tools (Anaplan, OneStream) and ERPs (SAP, MS Dynamics)

Proven leadership and coaching ability without formal authority

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and cash flow mechanics

Track record of identifying and delivering cash-generation opportunities

Excellent communication and ability to influence at the C-level leadership and coaching strong communication and storytelling for executives cross-functional collaboration
