Experteer Overview In this role you design, build, and deploy AI-powered voice experiences in production for enterprise customers.

You own the end-to-end delivery cycle from discovery to go-live, focusing on voice quality and seamless escalation to human agents.

You act as a bridge between customers and the Voice Product team, feeding field learnings into reusable patterns and assets.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in the EMEA South FDE pod to accelerate future deployments.

This role offers hands-on work with frontier AI tools and a clear path to leadership on complex deliveries.

Compensaciones / Ventajas • Develop AI agents and production-ready voice experiences for large enterprises • Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations • Own end-to-end technical components from architecture to production validation • Build and integrate data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake,



and Databricks • Create and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor health and outcomes • Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs for rapid deployment • Collaborate with customers and partners to craft reusable voice patterns and enablement • Surface gaps and field insights to engineers and product teams Responsabilidades • 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system • Degree in Computer Science or related field • Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, services, or FDE) • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex • Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering • Strong data modelling, APIs, and integration design • Comfort presenting to sales teams and customer architects • Ability to ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously • Curiosity about evolving AI/data landscape and willingness to pilot new tools • Willingness to travel ~25% Requisitos principales •
