Job Responsibilities

- Take charge of full set accounting of the Spain subsidiary, including expense review, accounts payable and receivable, fixed asset management and inventory accounting.
- Complete local tax declaration and financial statement preparation, liaise with local tax authorities and external auditors to ensure tax compliance.
- Conduct project cost accounting, budget tracking and financial analysis for lithium battery test equipment, automation production lines,



PCS and charging pile projects.
- Consolidate financial statements and operational data for China headquarters, update local fiscal and tax policy changes, and implement headquarter financial management regulations.
- Maintain financial files and ERP system, optimize financial workflows, and support account reconciliation and payment collection.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance. Accounting certificate is required; ACCA/CPA holders are preferred.
- 1–3 years working experience in finance for multinational companies or overseas branches, familiar with European accounting and tax rules. Experience in new energy or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proficient in English as a working language for financial documentation, audit communication and cross-regional collaboration.
- Skilled in Excel and ERP systems, capable of independently completing full set accounting and financial reporting.
- Meticulous, responsible and data-sensitive, with good cross-cultural communication skills and willingness to work long-term in Spain.
