At ASTEK Iberia, we are supporting a leading global organization in the travel technology sector in the search for a Finance Transformation Project Manager / Analytics Manager to join a strategic Finance Transformation team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical Project Manager with strong PMO, portfolio governance, workforce analytics, and stakeholder management experience to drive transformation initiatives across an international Finance organization.

? Main responsibilities:

- Support Finance Portfolio & PMO governance
- Drive productivity and workforce analytics initiatives
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Develop executive dashboards and management reporting
- Partner with senior Finance stakeholders to support data-driven decision making
- Support resource planning, capacity management, and operational efficiency initiatives

? Who are you?

- 5+ years of PMO / Project Management experience
- Finance Transformation background
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with KPIs, analytics, dashboards, and reporting
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Fluency in Spanish and English.

Nice to Have

- Experience within large multinational organizations.
- Corporate Finance or Shared Services environment exposure.
- Workforce planning or workforce optimization experience.
- Knowledge of Finance operating models.
