JOB SCOPE:

The Finance Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing finance-related processes within the PPG Spain. This position requires a deep understanding of finance operations and ERP functionalities, ensuring that financial processes are efficiently integrated into the ERP system. This role will collaborate with cross functional teams, providing expert guidance to ensure the successful deployment and continuous improvement of the ERP solution in line with the organization's financial goals.

Job responsibilities

- Reporting to Global Finance Director and Senior Manager, FP&A;, act as finance business partner to FP&A; function. The role encompasses:
- Responsible for gathering information, data compilation and analysis for business financial performance & processes focused on:
- Create and maintain financial/analytical models for the business
- Governance of business and all KPIs,




- Delivering monthly management P&L;, and variance analysis,
- Financial analysis, and tracking core business performance.
- Offer financial input, guidance, and to ensure smooth project execution.
- Wide range of analysis on cost, revenue and margin by customer, segments and region etc
- Support the Finance Director and Senior Manager (FP&A;) on any aspect of strategic commercial finance to the business.

Job requirements

- Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point
- 2-4 years related experience, preferably gained from MNCs; with experience playing the finance business partnering role will be advantage
- Having hospitality / hotel experience would be ideal
- Operational accounting background, able to understand data flows and controls around integrity of data
- Strong team player and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills with all levels of management, including external business partners
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, multi tasks and hands-on
- Self-motivated, work independently
- Fluent in spoken and written English, and Spanish.
- Available to work from the office on a daily basis
