ResponsabilidadesLead end-to-end anti-fraud project implementations across regions

Analyze complex fraud vectors and financial impact to identify vulnerabilities

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deploy automated risk rules





Serve as main POC for regional teams and consolidate country requirements into roadmaps

Prioritize initiatives by financial impact, risk, and country needs for resource planning

Define and report key fraud metrics and KPIs balancing risk and conversion

Design standardized incident response protocols for high-severity events

Evaluate external fraud prevention vendors and identity verification solutions

Requisitos principales3+ years in operations management, project management, or fraud prevention in tech/e-commerce/on-demand delivery

Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau)

Proven track record coordinating cross-functional projects

Knowledge of payment processing, identity verification, ATO, and promotion abuse

Excellent problem-solving with data-driven decision making

Fluency in English; Spanish and French a plus analytical mindset cross-functional collaboration problem-solving under pressure
