We’re seeking a driven High Street Broker with an analytical mindset, strong commercial instincts, and a passion for understanding how people move and shop in a city.

Your role

● Travel to target cities, walk high streets and shopping centres, and assess foot traffic, local consumer behaviour, and the position of direct competitors.

● Build and maintain a network of local brokers and international agencies to get first access to locations before they hit the open market.

● Analyse street traffic and customer profiles to estimate each location’s sales potential.

● Build provisional P&L; projections and calculate ROI, keeping occupancy costs within our target range.

● Work closely with the expansion, finance, and operations teams to take sites from first shortlist to signed lease.

What we’re looking for

● 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail expansion,



or site selection, ideally in retail or fashion.

● Solid financial skills, with experience building P&L; models and calculating ROI.

● A strong network in the retail property market, or the ability to build one quickly.

● Comfortable with frequent travel across Europe and with working independently.

● Fluency in English and Spanish. A third language is a plus.

● Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a clear sense of commercial priorities.
