ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to drive high-impact enterprise SaaS implementations that connect complex IT/OT environments with real business value.

This role blends deep technical leadership, solution design, and customer partnership to accelerate onboarding and maximize outcomes for large-scale organizations.

It stands out for its strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor in complex enterprise SaaS transformation programs.WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop and maintain a deep understanding of IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for very large enterprises

- Partner with internal stakeholders and meet with client stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into customer solutions that decrease time to value
- Drive the customer onboarding journey through technical expertise in available customizations and ensure requirements are met during implementation
- Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D; to ensure solutions meet expectations and technical feasibility
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions,



and evolving IT/OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.MUST HAVES3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within the IT or OT software industry servicing large accounts
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, TCP vs UDP troubleshooting, and routing basics;

Experience working with VPNs and proxy authentication scenarios

- Hands?on experience configuring and troubleshooting firewall rules inbound and outbound
- Awareness of conditional access and secure gateway concepts
- Knowledge of ports and protocols
- Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT/OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial IoT
- Strong understandingof enterprise environments, including challenges, architectures, and decision?making processes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non?technical audiences;

Experience with enterprise?level SaaS implementation engagements and solution design

- Proficiency with modern tools and platforms such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware
