Your impartial judgment, your understanding of how harm operates online, and your ability to apply clear frameworks with composure under pressure are essential to making digital spaces safer for everyone.

You won’t be moderating content casually; you will conduct investigative compliance analysis that protects communities.

In this role, you will assess video content and platform trends against strict safety and policy frameworks. Your evaluations directly improve how automated systems identify harmful material and protect online communities.

- Evaluate video content, metadata, and engagement patterns against detailed platform safety, policy, and community protection frameworks
- Conduct investigative analysis on sensitive, complex, or borderline content that requires nuanced judgment and legal reasoning
- Apply impartial compliance reasoning to challenging cases where content touches policy boundaries
- Provide structured, detailed rationale for your policy classifications to help train safety detection models
- Document patterns and emerging risks that inform platform safety strategy and policy refinement

Qualifications To Succeed In This Project:

- Professional fluency in English &
- Spanish
- Residency in Spain for the last 3 consecutive years
- High emotional resilience and impartial judgment when evaluating potentially upsetting or offensive content
- Disciplined critical thinking and ability to apply complex frameworks consistently
- Active use of Gmail and other forms of social media and experience in the use of web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content
- Access to a stable broadband internet, a reliable computer and a smartphone (Android 5.0, iOS 14 or higher).
- A Barcode Scanner app to be installed on your phone to complete certain tasks
- Professional backgrounds in law, compliance, cybersecurity, or investigation (preferred)
- Experience with policy evaluation, legal reasoning, or compliance assessment valued (preferred)

Compensation: The rate of pay is 0.1583 EUR per completed task, with an estimated earning potential of 9.50 EUR per hour.

Service Rates

Compensation is based on tasks completed and project availability. Estimated earnings may vary depending on task volume and program requirements including, quality, and productivity, in accordance with the program's quality standards and guidelines.

This opportunity is offered on an independent contractor basis. Contributors have the flexibility to choose when and how much they work, subject to project availability and quality requirements.
