As a Supply Chain Finace Programme Manager - Associate in Trade and Working Capital team, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of active Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programmes and broader Trade client relationship ownership with direct supplier enrolment and sales execution to drive programme ramp. Analyse programme and client performance to identify trends, profitability drivers, supplier participation patterns, and emerging risks, adjusting execution strategy and providing insights to internal partners.




Facilitate requests and enquiries from cross-functional partners across the franchise, including Sales, Bankers, Credit, Client Service, Operations, Legal, Product, and Contracts Management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client and supplier-related activities, escalating appropriately within the Risk and Control framework.
Proven experience in a client-facing role across Sales, Client Service, Portfolio/Programme Management support, or Operations, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables to tight timelines.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective project management capability.
Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, Letters of Credit), and/or Trade Sales/structuring exposure.
Credit analysis experience or exposure.
Background in commercial finance and working capital fundamentals, or a demonstrated desire to learn Trade Finance.
Bachelor’s degree / university degree level education.
