Overview

As Product Owner in Lidl Customer Platform, you lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver value-driven features within Store Experience & Product Discovery. You collaborate with the Squad Tech Lead and CPO to refine the product backlog and align delivery with business goals. You monitor market trends, users, and roadmap progress to maximize impact. This role combines leadership, agile delivery, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced, innovation-forward environment.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and grow a cross-functional team of 8–12 members as Product Owner (Scrum)
- Plan and prioritize the product backlog and development work
- Coordinate with outside teams beyond the hub, adjusting to non-agile contexts
- Ensure a steady stream of prepared tasks and clear delivery expectations




- Lead release planning and communicate delivery milestones for new functionalities
- Collaborate with the CPO to maintain a backlog driven by business value
- Research market, users, and competitors to inform the roadmap
- Prioritize stories, epics, and themes to maximize value and strategic alignment
- Provide vision, roadmap, and growth direction to the Agile team and stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years of experience as Product Owner
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proven experience in managing people
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in On-Demand Delivery Platforms / Q-Commerce is a plus
- Experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
