At Mission Foods, a general leader in the food industry, we are looking for a Key Account Manager International to join our International Sales team and drive business growth across North Africa and the Middle East (MEA).

This position will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable sales growth across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers and distributors across North Africa and the Middle East.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure profitable business growth.
- Deliver annual sales and margin targets for the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, customer performance, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.
- Represent Mission Foods at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Ensure effective account management,



including payment follow-up and risk control.

What we are looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in international sales, Key Account Management, or Export roles.
- Experience managing distributors and customers in international markets.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and customer orientation.
- Food industry experience will be highly valued.
- Availability for frequent international travel.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- French intermediate level or above (mandatory).
- Experience working within the MEA region will be considered a strong advantage.
