OverviewIn this role you will drive the operational and commercial execution of the Scaled Accounts merchant portfolio across Europe for Openbank Pay.

You'll align cross?functional teams to onboard, activate, and optimize small merchants while tracking performance and profitability.

The position focuses on scaling acquisition, activation, and efficiency across a growing payments platform within a fintech environment backed by Santander.

You'll work in a fast?paced, international setting with a strong impact on merchant success and financial metrics.

ResponsabilidadesExecute acquisition, onboarding and activation initiatives for small merchants

Monitor merchant performance and implement corrective actions where needed

Support growth initiatives and campaign rollouts across the portfolio

Ensure smooth onboarding processes and coordination with Operations and Tech





Monitor SLA compliance and operational KPIs; escalate and resolve bottlenecks

Track volumes, margins, approval rates and risk indicators at merchant level; support P&L; monitoring

Prepare structured reporting for Director Scaled Accounts

Contribute to automation and standardization initiatives; identify process inefficiencies

Support documentation and playbook creation for repeatable execution

Requisitos principales6+ years of experience in commercial operations, merchant management or fintech partnerships

Strong operational mindset with ability to execute at pace

Good understanding of digital lending, payments or embedded finance

Analytical skills and KPI-driven approach

Fluent English

Nice to have: experience with CRM or merchant performance tools

Nice to have: exposure to pan-European merchant portfolios

Nice to have: background in scalable commercial models analytical mindset execution at pace collaboration with internal teams
