Experteer Overview In this role you will maintain and continually improve IT processes within ServiceNow to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll support demand management, project governance, resource planning, and performance reporting, collaborating with IT, project managers, Finance, and the ServiceNow support team. You will act as a go-to expert for ServiceNow process questions, keep documentation up to date, and help teams adopt new procedures. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on governance, data quality, and process optimization with a measurable impact on operations.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Maintain, review, and improve IT processes in ServiceNow to ensure effectiveness and proper documentation
- Support development and implementation of new processes and workflows
- Review and monitor demands in ServiceNow for completeness and compliance
- Conduct monthly project QA reviews and coordinate corrective actions
- Maintain and monitor resource plans and capacity visibility in ServiceNow
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting




- Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders on financial tracking of demands and projects
- Create, update, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles
- Provide training and guidance on new or updated processes to support adoption
- Monitor process compliance and coordinate corrective actions across IT teamsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT process management or IT governance experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience, including Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and SPM
- Proven ability to drive process improvements, QA, data validation, and documentation
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports with cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to train and document processes
- ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow, or project management certifications are advantageousRequisitos principales
