We are looking for an IT Manager (m/f/d) to lead the planning, implementation, and operations of IT systems for DERTOUR Services, based in Palma de Mallorca. This role will be responsible for coordinating IT solutions across the region, providing knowledge on escalated tickets, spreading awareness & security support, feeding back local requirements, and delivering solutions. Solid system integration experience, project management skills, regulatory awareness and intercultural communication abilities are required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the regional IT strategy and objectives, acting as the key interface between EMEA operations, the Service Desk and Head of IT Infrastructure & Security.Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, servers, devices, applications and system performance across local destinations.Implement and maintain IT security, data protection and compliance standards, including access controls, audit logging, incident response and security awareness.Lead IT projects and business solutions, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and effective integration of new and existing systems.Manage the annual IT budget, resources, KPIs and reporting, ensuring cost-effective delivery aligned with short-, medium- and long-term business objectives.Coordinate and support local IT teams across existing destinations and potential new acquisitions, ensuring consistent IT standards and practices.Develop and maintain IT policies,
