Marbella For Sale has been helping international clients buy, sell, and rent properties on the Costa del Sol since 2007. Based in Puerto Banús, our multilingual team combines local market knowledge with a professional, personal approach to client service.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activity, strengthen our brand presence, and support the business in attracting buyers, sellers, and property owners.

The role

You will take ownership of our day-to-day marketing and longer-term marketing plan, working closely with management and the sales team to promote our properties, services, and company brand.

This is a practical, creative role suited to someone who can develop a clear strategy and deliver it. You will coordinate campaigns across digital and traditional channels, produce engaging content, and ensure that our marketing consistently reflects the quality of our business.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and deliver a marketing plan aligned with the company’s sales, rental, and property acquisition objectives.
- Manage the marketing calendar, coordinating property promotions, new development launches, seasonal campaigns, and company communications.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and presentation across all marketing channels and materials.
- Manage our social media presence, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and audience development.
- Write and edit property descriptions, review website content, newsletters, social media posts, and advertising copy for international audiences.
- Create and coordinate brochures, flyers, presentations, magazine advertisements, window displays, and other sales materials.
- Organise property photography, video production, and virtual tours, working with colleagues.
- Plan and deliver email campaigns that maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new enquiries.




- Coordinate paid advertising campaigns and external marketing support within agreed budgets.
- Support open houses, property launches, and other promotional events.
- Work with the sales team to understand client requirements, assess enquiry quality, and improve marketing activity.
- Manage marketing budgets, supplier relationships, and production deadlines.
- Review campaign results and provide clear updates on enquiries, engagement, expenditure, and opportunities for improvement.

Essential requirements

- At least three years of relevant marketing experience, including responsibility for planning and delivering campaigns.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrable experience managing social media channels and creating content for business audiences.
- A strong understanding of branding, visual presentation, and adapting content for different markets and channels.
- Practical experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools.
- Experience managing website content and email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage budgets, coordinate suppliers, and deliver projects to agreed deadlines.
- A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of how marketing supports enquiries, client relationships, and sales.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects independently while contributing to a team.
- Legal authorisation to work in Spain.




- Availability to work from our Puerto Banús office and marketing events across the Costa del Sol.

Desirable experience

- Experience in real estate, property development, hospitality, or another sector serving international clients.
- Knowledge of Marbella and the wider Costa del Sol property market.
- Additional languages, particularly Dutch, German, or French.
- Experience marketing resale properties, new developments, and rental services.
- Short-form video content production skills.
- Familiarity with property portals, and CRM systems.
- Experience organising open houses, property launches, or client events.
- A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business, or design.
- A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
