feasibility and deal readinessUnderstand seller motivations versus buyer constraintsSupport live buyer and seller interactionsHelp prepare meeting notes, next steps and negotiation plansSee real deal conversations unfold and structures adjustObserve how valuation gaps and structure negotiations are handledUnderstand what kills deals and what revives themTake part in conversations with business owners and executives and understand founder psychologyLearn how buyers and sellers negotiate outside of textbooksKeep conversations structured and outcome-orientedSee the pacing, sequencing and psychological arc of a transactionPayThis is a paid internship. Interns are paid hourly.Weekly performance-based bonuses are offered on top of pay.
