Overview

In this role you will architect and scale secure MLOps and LLMOps capabilities to translate AI into measurable patient and business impact. You will own the enterprise AI platform vision, standards, and governance, enabling cross-functional teams to deploy production-grade AI quickly, safely and cost-effectively from Barcelona. You will lead strategy and delivery for reusable services, reference architectures, and paved road tooling while embedding responsible AI and regulatory alignment. The role focuses on delivering faster time-to-value, higher resilience, and improving unit economics for large-scale model workloads. Responsabilidades

- Own AI/ML platform vision, architecture, roadmap and delivery, including reusable frameworks, APIs, templates and self-service services.
- Ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective platforms with IaC, monitoring, incident management, capacity planning and DR for production AI workloads.
- Define and govern engineering standards, CI/CD, testing, observability, security and production support across AI workstreams.
- Lead solution design discussions and trade-offs across security, data, performance, scalability and cost, aligned with Enterprise Architecture.
- Lead engineering teams,



communicate decisions and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Own MLOps and LLMOps pipelines, automating model workflows and integrating with enterprise data and IT systems.
- Manage FinOps: cost model, GPU utilization, token economics, and showback/chargeback mechanisms.
- Embed governance, privacy, data governance, model risk management and responsible AI controls, with auditability and regulatory alignment.
- Foster AI-enabled ways of working and AI-infused IT capabilities across IT operations to improve resilience and efficiency.

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Computer Science
- 8+ years in software, cloud, DevOps or AI/ML engineering
- 4+ years deploying ML models in production
- Proven technical leadership delivering platform capabilities
- Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Terragrunt
- Experience with API frameworks and CICD orchestration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
- Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Flyte, Kubeflow)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLFlow, Sagemaker, Azure)
- Strong Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong SDLC and agile knowledge
