OverviewIn this role, you act as the technical champion for Morpheus Enterprise, guiding customers and sales teams through discovery, demos, and architecture reviews to show value in hybrid-cloud automation.

You will help shape proposals, ROI models, and field enablement while staying current on hybrid-cloud trends.

This position blends deep platform expertise with consultative selling in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment.

You'll collaborate across teams to accelerate revenue and adoption.

ResponsabilidadesLead customer discovery sessions mapping needs to Morpheus Enterprise capabilities

Deliver technical presentations, live demos, and architecture reviews highlighting automation and cost benefits

Partner with sales, account executives, and product managers to position Morpheus Enterprise in deals

Develop solution-level proposals and ROI models; respond to RFPs/RFIs

Provide field feedback to product teams to shape roadmap and enablement content

Work with Morpheus sales specialist to qualify leads and maintain a strong pipeline





Collaborate on best practices, playbooks, and success-story collateral

Stay updated on hybrid-cloud trends and emerging automation tools

Requisitos principales4–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or hybrid-cloud automation

Hands-on experience with OpsRamp or Morpheus Enterprise and at least one major hypervisor (VMware ESXi, KVM, Hyper-V)

Strong background in designing/operating private, public, or hybrid cloud architectures

Linux and Windows OS, networking, storage (SAN/NAS, iSCSI, SDS)

Automation/scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Terraform

Familiarity with HPE's hybrid-IT portfolio and competitive landscape

Knowledge of SDN platforms and modern workload platforms (Kubernetes, Rancher, EKS, AKS)

Business fluency in Italian/Spanish/English

Excellent communication, able to tailor messages to technical and executive audiences

Initiative-driven, autonomous, startup mindset

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting with attention to detail
