Service products are essential to that business, providing a significant share of revenue over the lifetime of the system and long-term customer engagement.The Global Service Product Manager for EMC Systems and Products will:Gain deep insight into the Integral EMC test & compliance market and customers’ specific needs.Identify, design and implement service offerings that address those needs — instrument- and system-based.Build and maintain a service product portfolio that drives profitable growth.Without this role we cannot deliver complete EMC test solutions, risking revenue loss and weaker customer loyalty. Funding and filling the position directly supports the division’s growth ambition. The position is based in Madrid reporting functionally to Headquarters in Munich.TasksService product planning, definition of deliverables, NPI coordination and pricing for EMC-specific service needsCross-divisional and cross-product-family project management for Service Development Proposals, incl.
