Overview

In this role you will lead Preply’s Engineering hiring engine, shaping how we recruit for core product and platform teams as we scale globally. You’ll directly manage a team of TA Partners while taking ownership of complex engineering searches, aligning workforce plans with business priorities. You’ll implement scalable hiring processes, track progress with data, and calibrate a growing interviewer network to raise the bar on quality and speed. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the center of growth, partnering with Engineering leaders and the CTO to deliver impact at general scale.

Responsabilidades

- Own the Engineering hiring engine end to end, translating workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies
- Directly manage a team of TA Partners with performance development and coaching
- Drive hiring outcomes across hubs (Barcelona, London, Kyiv) and handle complex searches
- Build and optimize hiring processes to increase speed and quality
- Track progress using funnel data, pipeline health, and stakeholder feedback
- Lead calibration at scale with engineers and hiring managers using structured sessions
- Flag risks early and propose actionable recommendations to keep hiring moving
- Lead top-of-funnel strategy for Engineering with sourcing, talent mapping,



and employer branding in collaboration with Marketing and Employer Brand
- Raise the hiring bar by defining candidate profiles and improving evaluation consistency
- Elevate TA craft by improving candidate experience, sourcing quality, and data literacy
- Collaborate with TA Leadership, Engineering Directors, VPs, and CTO to align priorities and sequencing

Requisitos principales

- Expert-level engineering recruiting craft and a track record of filling hard-to-fill roles
- In-house recruiting experience with senior technical leadership stakeholders
- Experience turning workforce plans into clear, actionable hiring strategies and rhythms
- Proven impact on pipeline quality, pass-through rates, and hiring predictability at scale
- Experience leading calibration across a large group of interviewers
- Proven people management in a high-growth environment while remaining hands-on
- Strong influence and communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Team-first, low-ego mindset and collaborative work style
- Fluency in English; readiness to work from Barcelona, London, or Kyiv
