We are ONLOGIST, a fast-growing tech company revolutionising vehicle transport logistics across Europe. Our digital platform connects businesses with service providers, offering a seamless and cost-effective solution for vehicle movements.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations across Iberia. This role combines driver support, transport coordination, and operational monitoring to ensure the smooth execution of vehicle movements.

Responsibilities

- Support drivers with operational requests, incidents, and day-to-day queries.
- Onboard and brief new drivers before and after their first transport.
- Manage driver activations, deactivations, and performance monitoring.
- Create, manage, and monitor transports within the ONLOGIST platform.
- Track active transports, proactively identify delays or service risks, and coordinate corrective actions with drivers.




- Support operational processes across Iberia and identify recurring issues to improve efficiency and service quality.

Languages

- Fluent Spanish.
- Advanced English.
- Portuguese (native or advanced) is a plus.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Asana, and Microsoft Office.
