ResponsabilidadesIdentify resource gaps with Site Management and Monitoring leadership and secure capabilities

Implement resourcing strategies and track workforce utilization, budgets, and staffing needs

Foster collaboration across functions for efficient resource deployment and reallocation

Support budget development, financial targets, and process improvement with Finance

Coordinate annual strategy and portfolio planning activities

Develop and implement sustainable,

Manage functional budgets, travel expenditure, service agreements, and financial priorities

Requisitos principalesBachelor or equivalent experience

Minimum 4 years in strategic resource planning, workforce management, or operational planning in a global context

Strong project management experience coordinating complex initiatives

Experience managing budgets, financial targets, and multi-year planning

Proven ability to use data to inform resource decisions and solutions

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with senior leadership

Experience developing or implementing agile resource allocation and planning

Ability to manage competing priorities and translate strategy into action
