- Responsible for pre-sales promotion of products or solutions, product and project solution sales, or on-sale and after-sales technical support for Hikvision's innovative business;
- Conduct business planning and strategy formulation through market insight and analysis; use various sales tools to develop customers and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with them; maintain daily marketing platform data, collect requirements for function optimization, and perform data analysis; achieve sales targets and continuously improve growth rates;
- Carry out product marketing through requirement collection and analysis, competitor analysis, product marketing planning and promotion, and training; refine product selling points and value points, and enhance product competitiveness and customer satisfaction;
- Lead solution design, feasibility studies, technical bid document preparation, and system integration & protocol output; deliver solution presentations and demonstrations, and respond to customers' technical inquiries;
- Handle product and system delivery and maintenance; accept and resolve customers' technical issues; cooperate with the marketing department to provide product technical support services; complete on-site delivery and implementation, and ensure acceptance is passed;
- Based on the characteristics of the assigned business and the candidate's abilities,



the candidate will initially be positioned in either sales or technical support. After passing the probation period, there will be opportunities each year to participate in cross-functional rotation assessments and gain career development paths in solution pre-sales, sales, product marketing, etc.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above; a combined background in Spanish and engineering is preferred;
- Understanding of industry applications and IT-related technologies; internship, practical experience, or campus promotion experience in sales or solution pre-sales roles in the intelligent IoT industry, intelligent manufacturing industry, logistics/e-commerce industry, or other technology industries is preferred;
- Strong customer service awareness and product awareness; strong learning ability and dedication to in-depth research; good communication and presentation skills; proficiency in preparing PPT materials and image/video editing is preferred;
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish, able to use it as a working language (including but not limited to email/phone communication, product material development, and training presentations);
- Able to adapt to different regional cultural differences; willing to accept long-term overseas business trips or long-term overseas assignments; willing to accept regional allocation.
