Responsabilidades

- Collaborate in the creation and enhancement of tools and resources to optimize field medical effectiveness
- Generate reports and conduct analyses to evaluate deployed strategies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, especially in data collection and insights analysis
- Evaluate and support the field medical team with knowledge and tools for success
- Support implementation of corporate strategies and projects aligned with company objectives
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in field activities




- Ensure timely processing and delivery of information to internal stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and HCP feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Establish governance and communication channels between corporate and affiliate teams
- Communicate scientific information clearly within the Field Medical team

Requisitos principales

- Degree/Certification in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field
- Proven experience in field medical roles or related healthcare positions
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, industry standards, and ethical principles
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong focus on continuous process improvement and strategic implementation
- Experience in creating and deploying tools/resources for medical teams
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities at corporate level
- Previous experience with Field Medical Excellence Tools such as Salesforce, Veeva
- Knowledge in digital and data capabilities
