Overview

As a Manager, you drive workforce development, safety, and operational excellence across multiple teams. You will lead the Planning Supervisor and coordinate with field technicians to enhance performance and engagement. Your role includes training, compliance, incident investigations, and process improvements to reduce costs and improve customer service. You work cross-functionally to address workforce needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a hands-on, impact-driven path to shaping how teams operate across Europe.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and supervise the Planning Supervisor with objective setting and performance reviews
- Coordinate regular one-on-one meetings with team leaders and technicians to drive performance and development
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and skills tracking
- Promote mentoring, recognition, and professional development programs
- Ensure technicians maintain certifications, training, and compliance
- Coordinate training schedules and renewal of certifications
- Collaborate with Training, Projects, and Sales to address workforce development needs
- Support safety programs, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions




- Promote adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate field support for uniforms, PPE, fleet, tooling, and equipment
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to improve efficiency
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance customer service
- Monitor payroll, leave, time tracking, and policy compliance
- Maintain accurate employee, training, and resource records
- Prepare and report workforce and training status to leadership

Requisitos principales

- minimum of 5 years in planning or project management
- ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams across different countries
- working knowledge of Excel, Planner, and project management systems
- ability to build custom tracking tools
- use of AI to automate tasks, analyze workforce data, and prepare reports
- approachable leadership with focus on feedback and development of field technicians
- Spanish language and B2-level English (or equivalent professional experience)
