This role operates within the Enterprise Architecture function, translating enterprise guardrails into practical domain-level guidance for HR platforms and solutions. This role reports to the Senior Domain Architect for Functional Domains.The work model for the role is: Li#_hybridYou will be mainly accountable forHR Domain Architecture & Target State, including HR capability mappingHR Architecture Principles and GuardrailsHR Integration & Data Architecture and Data Distribution PatternsSolution Architecture Reviews and AssessmentsHR Domain Roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and HR Technology RoadmapUp to date architecture documentation in EA tools (e.G. Ardoq)Serving as the end-to-end architect for the Workday landscape, ensuring the total solution is coherent, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with strategyContinuously reviewing the collective Workday footprint to identify overlap, gaps,



and opportunities for consolidation or better utilization of native Workday capabilities before custom solutions are introducedUnderstanding the modules and capabilities of the Workday solution and staying up to date with releases and new features to advise how they could complement our landscapeQualifications for the role:7+ years in architecture or senior HR technology rolesStrong experience in HR systems and platforms (e.G. Workday)Experience with HR integrations (identity, payroll, finance)Understanding of Privacy and regulatory considerations for HR dataExperience in and understanding HR processes and operating modelsProven experience in large, decentralized or federated enterprisesExperience in functional capability modeling, SaaS and packaged application landscapes and cross-domain dependency managementStrong executive communication and storytelling skillsThis opportunity is open to candidates in multiple countries, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate.
