In this DeliveryDirector role you lead the successful delivery of large-scale technology programs for national and international clients. You act as a trusted technical and consulting partner, guiding cross-functional teams and owning client relationships. You shape delivery performance, margins, and forecasts while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. You collaborate to present compelling proposals and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact position at a global tech-focused consultancy.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale technology projects with focus on quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Own delivery performance including project margins, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and operational KPIs
- Coordinate and supervise 10–20 professionals across multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure excellence in Data and AI project delivery (e.g., Python, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS)




- Support definition and presentation of client proposals as main technical and business contact
- Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement
- Manage client relationships ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment
- Drive farming initiatives by identifying opportunities and crafting innovative proposals to grow accounts

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years in technology environments
- at least 5 years leading large engineering or delivery teams
- proven background in technology consulting
- experience managing complex projects and international clients
- experience owning delivery KPIs, project profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
- strong Data and AI expertise (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, etc) with Cloud knowledge (Azure or AWS) and Web
- excellent communication and leadership skills
