A rapidly growing international developer is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the people strategy for its expanding European business. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
* Partner with executive leadership on organisational design and workforce planning.
* Lead talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
* Develop compensation, benefits and performance management frameworks.
* Drive employee engagement, retention and leadership development programmes.
* Establish scalable HR policies, processes and governance structures.




* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Build and lead the HR function as the organisation continues to expand. Requirements
* Significant experience in a senior HR leadership position.
* Experience supporting rapidly growing organisations.
* Strong background in talent acquisition, organisational development and employee engagement.
* Experience working within engineering, infrastructure, construction, technology or data centre environments is highly desirable.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
