In this role you shape and execute Wallapop’s long-term product strategy for high-impact marketplace initiatives. You work across engineering, design, analytics, and operations to turn complex challenges into simple, delightful user journeys. You partner with engineering leadership to ensure scalable product architecture and experimentation velocity, while guiding data-driven decisions with user insights. Your leadership uplifting product management standards helps the team deliver measurable value and growth for the marketplace.

Responsabilidades

- Define and execute a long-term product roadmap aligned with company goals to drive meaningful user and business outcomes
- Lead discovery, definition, and delivery across cross-functional squads to deliver user-friendly journeys
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure scalable architecture and platform health
- Combine quantitative analytics, experimentation,



and user research to validate hypotheses and guide roadmap decisions
- Communicate strategic trade-offs and priorities across executives and teams to build alignment
- Mentor and elevate product management standards through best practices and knowledge sharing

Requisitos principales

- Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes (e.g., conversion, retention, revenue, liquidity)
- Ability to collaborate with engineering on architecture, API integrations, and data flows while balancing delivery and long-term health
- Strong use of quantitative data, self-serve analytics, and user research to build evidence-based roadmaps
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and advocate for user-centric decisions in complex environments
- English professional working proficiency (spoken and written); Spanish a plus
