OverviewIn this role you will manage the end-to-end Procure to Pay process to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate procurement risks.

You will handle the complete Purchase Order lifecycle, supplier communications, and back-end issue resolution within the ERP and Procurement 360 UI.

You will also conduct spot sourcing for uncovered categories and maintain supplier documentation and data integrity.

The position emphasizes effective supplier collaboration, process discipline, and compliance with Flowserve policies to support timely, accurate sourcing and shipping.

ResponsabilidadesPlace and manage Purchase Orders in line with supplier selections and defined terms

Ensure PO accuracy (documentation, drawings, payment terms, incoterms, pricing) within the ERP and Procurement 360 UI

Receive and log supplier order acknowledgements within 5 working days and update procurement cockpit accordingly

Process exception messages promptly to allow supplier response (move in/out, quantity/price changes, splits/holds)

Communicate PO revisions to suppliers for review/acceptance; approve price/delivery changes before revised PO release

Review and route supplier concessions/deviations to Quality for disposition when needed





Obtain Advanced Ship Notices and data (weights, dimensions) for traceability

Execute spot sourcing for non-covered demand and identify supplier risks for escalation

Maintain ERP item master data (price lists within Ariba Contracts) and ensure open supplier communication to maintain PO visibility

Ensure compliance with Flowserve policies and procedures

Manage MRP exceptions, past due POs, and invoice/good receipt discrepancy resolutions

Support cost reduction and sourcing strategy compliance on managed scope

Requisitos principales2+ years of experience in Supply Chain strong interpersonal relationship management commercial acumen and negotiation skills project management proficiency knowledge of regional supply base for assigned categories analytical skills for data interpretation

Certified Supply Chain Professional ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate at all levels

MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency knowledge of ERP systems and Ariba relationship management negotiation stakeholder communication
