Newline is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Product Manager – Displays & Software Solutions to join our team at Newline Interactive Europe in Madrid HQ office! ?

If you're passionate about technology and ready to take ownership of products from strategy to market success, this is your chance to shape our portfolio of Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD), LED displays, digital signage and education software. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll become the internal and external ambassador for your products, providing clear direction and building confidence and enthusiasm among customers, partners and colleagues.

What You'll Do:

? Product Strategy & Ownership: Own the strategy, roadmap, positioning and full lifecycle of your assigned products, aligning priorities with customer needs and business goals.

? Market Research & Analysis: Understand customer needs, competitors, market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and translate them into clear product requirements.

? Product Development: Work closely with R&D; and Engineering to guide development, define priorities and deliver solutions that meet market needs.

? Product Launches & Positioning: Coordinate launches and go-to-market activities with Sales and Marketing, developing compelling value propositions, presentations and sales enablement materials.

? Training & Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, demonstrations and presentations to sales teams, partners and customers.

? Customer & Partner Feedback: Gather and prioritize feedback from customers, distributors, partners and internal teams to guide product improvements and future development.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with technical, commercial, marketing, support and regional teams to ensure coordinated execution and support strategic customer opportunities and key commercial projects.

? Product Performance: Monitor performance and recommend improvements, new features and future product opportunities.

? Product Representation: Represent Newline at customer meetings, partner events, trade shows and industry events,



acting as the face and voice of your products.

What We're Looking For:

? Education: University degree in a relevant field.

? Experience: 5 years of Product Management experience within the technology sector, with proven ownership of products throughout their full lifecycle.

?️ Industry Knowledge: Experience in LED displays, digital signage, IFPD, professional AV, collaboration solutions, EdTech or related technology markets is highly desirable.

? International Experience: Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

?️ Languages: High-level English is essential. Chinese/Mandarin would be a valuable bonus.

? Additional Experience: Familiarity with public tenders, RFPs or institutional procurement would be an advantage.

? Skills:

- Strong market analysis, competitive intelligence and commercial awareness.
- Ability to translate market opportunities and customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Experience collaborating closely with technical, commercial and marketing teams.
- Strong experience delivering training sessions, webinars, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Ability to create high-quality product materials, sales tools and product documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple products and priorities.
