Responsabilidades

- Define and drive the strategic evolution of the team toward a modern, scalable data platform for AI use cases
- Enable development teams with robust tooling, guardrails, and clear interfaces to leverage platform capabilities autonomously
- Develop a long-term roadmap aligning data platform work with product needs, AI use cases, and regulatory constraints
- Build and grow a high-performing, cross-functional team delivering reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions
- Shape and nurture team culture with initiative, technical leadership, and shared ownership
- Coach engineers across data, infrastructure,



and platform engineering while raising delivery standards
- Lead performance management to push the team toward greater autonomy and impact
- Act as a key liaison between Engineering, Product, Security, and other stakeholders to align roadmaps and priorities

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience leading high-impact engineering teams in Platform, Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps within regulated, complex environments
- Track record of transforming teams to support long-term strategic goals
- Experience with public cloud providers, ideally AWS, and understanding of cloud-native data architecture and operations
- Strong understanding of data platform architectures and scale considerations
- Familiarity with platform engineering practices: automation, observability, IaC, and secure-by-default design
- Strong leadership in people management and performance coaching with ability to influence culture
- Ability to navigate complex environments balancing speed, reliability, and risk, with awareness of regulatory constraints
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align engineering, product, and business
- Strategic thinker capable of turning vision into actionable plans
- Full professional proficiency in English
