Overview

As Senior Workplace Consultant, you will shape strategic workplace briefs for projects of varying scale. You’ll gather and analyze data about the physical, cultural, and technological environment and translate findings into a client brief that aligns with business drivers. You’ll influence stakeholders at all levels to support a shared vision and lead hands-on change throughout the project lifecycle. This role centers on practical design guidance, data-driven insights, and clear communication to enable effective workplace transformations. You will join a team focused on delivering impactful, patient, client-centered workplace strategies.

Responsabilidades

- Act as the single point of contact for workplace strategy-related issues and interface with client and project teams
- Design and deliver visioning sessions, workshops, and focus groups
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from research (surveys, utilization studies)
- Determine spatial requirements and develop space budgets with knowledge of building codes and occupational standards
- Synthesize research into a coherent workplace brief and guidelines
- Develop workplace guidelines and contribute to planning and design knowledge base
- Manage change related to workplace transformations
- Engage diverse stakeholders and influence executive leadership toward a common vision




- Demonstrate hands-on project execution and change management experience

Requisitos principales

- Strong understanding of current best practices and trends in workplace, architecture, and design
- High initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and patience
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate large data sets into compelling findings
- Effective presentation and communication of ideas and analyses
- Knowledge of building occupancy regulatory requirements
- Reading/reviewing drawings to extract key metrics (CAD skills not essential)
- Experience profiling a business and aligning workplace strategy to business needs
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, agile/activity-based working concepts, space budgeting, test-fit oversight, and technology-enabled design
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Soft skills: stakeholder management, client conversations, selling workplace proposition, handling change resistance
- Experience in business development, scoping, pricing, pitching, and delivering projects
