OverviewAs a Project Manager for International Digital Projects, you own end-to-end delivery of complex Digital and IT initiatives across countries and partners.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape governance, and ensure on-time, on-budget results while navigating diverse stakeholders.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery and risk management in a integral setting.

You will work closely with senior management to drive value and successful go-lives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

ResponsabilidadesTake end-to-end ownership of international Digital and IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure

Lead and coordinate project estimation and planning activities

Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables

Lead cross-functional and international project teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders including senior management

Establish effective project governance and provide transparent reporting on progress, financials, risks and decisions





Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes and drive them to resolution

Manage project financials and resource requirements, including forecasting and capacity constraints

Manage external vendors and implementation partners and ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines and responsibilities

Coordinate go-live, transition into operations and successful project closure

Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a comparable field

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in international Digital or IT projects

Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and international stakeholders

Strong knowledge of project governance, scope, financial, risk, change and resource management

Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners

Demonstrated ability to independently structure and drive complex projects with limited supervision

English proficiency at C1 level or higher; Spanish and/or German are an advantage

PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or a comparable project management certification is an advantage
