The Regional Logistics Distribution Coordinator for Europe (including Angola, Egypt and Ethiopia) leads and optimizes logistics distribution activities across the region, ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective and reliable transportation operations. The role drives the execution of Corporate Logistics standards, governance, digitalization, KPI management, TMS deployment, TERM compliance and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting business growth, operational excellence and logistics cost optimization within a matrix organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Regional Logistics Operations & Distribution

- Lead and coordinate road and rail logistics operations across the region, ensuring safe, reliable and cost-effective distribution of products between plants, warehouses, depots, intercompany operations and customers.
- Optimize logistics networks, transportation flows and service performance while ensuring business continuity and supply reliability.

2. Logistics Governance & Corporate Alignment

- Act as the regional representative of the Corporate Logistics function.
- Ensure implementation of Corporate Logistics policies, standards, procedures, KPIs and strategic initiatives across all countries within the region.Drive logistics standardization and best practices throughout the organization.

3. Cost Management, Productivity & Savings

- Manage regional logistics budgets and cost performance. Deliver regional savings targets through transport optimization, network efficiency, productivity improvements, volume consolidation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support logistics tenders and procurement initiatives in coordination with Procurement and Corporate Logistics.

4. Digital Logistics, TMS & Performance Management Compliance, Safety & TERM





- Drive deployment of new logistics digital tools and systems approved by Corporate Logistics, Ensure mandatory adoption and effective use of the Corporate Transportation Management System (TMS). Ensure all logistics KPIs, reporting and performance reviews are generated through approved corporate systems.
- Monitor service, cost, productivity and compliance performance across the region.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, dangerous goods requirements, Corporate Logistics standards and TERM governance.
- Promote operational excellence, risk management and a strong logistics safety culture.
- Lead corrective action plans arising from audits, incidents and compliance assessments.

5. Continuous Improvement & Transformation

- Lead regional logistics improvement and transformation initiatives. Support Corporate Logistics projects, digitalization programs and network optimization activities.

Education & Professional Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business administration or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain management will be considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics and transportation management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing multi-country or regional logistics operations.
- Experience in dangerous goods logistics and transportation is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, other languages are valued.
