Click&Boat; is a rental platform product of Boats Group, the fastest-growing digital business in the recreational boating space. We are a talented team of techies, creatives, marketers, closers and customer advocates who spend each day pushing the boundaries of technology to make buying, selling & renting boats easy. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals. To support this growth, we're hiring a Product Manager, Monetization & Compliance to join our Product team in Barcelona. You will identify and ship the right opportunities to grow our revenue and contribution margin , while keeping the product compliant on tax and invoicing . You'll work closely with finance, data, legal and operations , with regular exposure to our leadership team, and play a central role in meeting our revenue and margin targets. Compliance by design: you make sure tax, invoicing and regulatory requirements are built into the product, partnering with finance and legal to turn constraints into clean, scalable solutions. Data-driven decisions: you analyze quantitative and qualitative data to size opportunities,



measure revenue impact and learn from every release. Decision making: you're comfortable deciding with 40 to 70% of the information, using data to guide you without waiting for perfect certainty. Fail fast, learn fast: you promote rapid iterations, A/B tests and continuous improvement, always with a "user first" approach. A strong business and data mindset, with decisions grounded in solid analysis. Fluent or bilingual in English. Experience in a marketplace, tech or B2C company. Experience in pricing, payments, or regulated features (tax, invoicing), with a measurable revenue impact. Fluency in French and/or Spanish. Personal and professional development in a fast-growing, multicultural team; ~ Breakfast every Tuesday morning; ~ A welcoming office in Barcelona, next to the centrally located Cathedral and just a 20-minute walk from the sea; ~ Hybrid role based in Barcelona (3 days per week at the office), with 3 days per month spent in Paris, around 6 to 9 trips per year.
