We are looking for a Sales on Board Assistant to join our team in Algeciras. As a Sales on Board Assistant, you will support the day-to-day management of onboard retail and catering supplies by ensuring products are available, deliveries are coordinated, and purchasing processes are executed efficiently. Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory control activities. Maintaining accurate purchasing and inventory records within company systems. Experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, retail, or administrative support roles. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience working with ERP, purchasing, or inventory management systems is an advantage. Intermediate level of English. Experience within maritime, ferry, retail, catering, or hospitality environments is considered a plus. Strong planning and organizational skills.
