Overview

In this role you will oversee the production control for flight hardware in the Spacecraft MAIT area in Getafe, acting as the link between shop-floor operations and project stakeholders. You drive digitalization, standardization, and milestone delivery under tight schedules. You will work with cross-functional teams to unblock bottlenecks and ensure on-time program progress. This position offers impact across planning, material flow, and continuous improvement in a high‑tech aerospace environment.

Responsabilidades

- Manage end-to-end Work Orders from release to closure using pull flow logic
- Control material flow and inventory including MRP, warehouse tracking, stock control, and Kanban replenishment
- Identify and mitigate material and logistic risks (shortages, non-conformities, parasitic flows) and steer mitigation protocols




- Coordinate with AIT Managers, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics to unblock bottlenecks and transfer work
- Track, report EAC, supply performance, and manufacturing KPIs to maintain program visibility and schedule
- Lead continuous improvement and digitalization through standardization, lean initiatives, and digital shop-floor tools

Requisitos principales

- Experience in production control, shop-floor planning, or supply chain in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MRP management
- Knowledge of inventory methods (Kanban, pull flows) and KPI tracking
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage priorities under deadlines
- Advanced English for transnational coordination
- Excellent collaboration skills in multicultural, cross-functional teams
