OverviewAs an RFID Development Engineer, you will validate and optimize RFID tag solutions for real-world retail use.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to advance RFID products from concept to deployment, focusing on performance, reliability, and integration.

You will work across lab and field tests to influence design choices and drive continuous improvement.

ResponsabilidadesConduct RF performance measurements and benchmarking of RFID tags and related technologies

Simulate and evaluate RFID use cases across distribution centers and retail stores

Assess tag performance across materials, categories, placements and orientations

Test and validate RFID printer and encoder compatibility and reliability

Plan, execute and document lab and field test campaigns with accurate data reporting

Analyze test data with statistical tools to identify trends and root causes





Support product development through the full lifecycle from concept validation to market introduction

Participate in evaluating and implementing new RFID technologies and initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers to resolve issues and qualify products

Identify opportunities to improve testing methodologies and operational processes

Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Understanding of product development and industrialization from concept to implementation

Knowledge of RF technologies, antenna principles and electronic systems

Understanding of RFID technologies, applications and performance considerations

Experience using statistical methods and data analysis to interpret results

Strong written and spoken English communication

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
